Terms & Conditions

  1. All items are located at 300 Arentzen Boulevard, Charleroi, PA 15022.
  2. Arrangements must be made in advance to inspect any items.

  4. All items can be operated unless otherwise noted.
  5. Your own sheet metal may be required for testing.
  6. All items are being sold "As Is", "Where Is", "In Place", "With All Faults".
  7. All information provided is believed to be accurate.
  8. No warranties or guarantees apply, implied or otherwise, unless agreed to in writing.
  9. Buyer must provide personnel to disconnect and document connections of larger equipment for reassembly.
  10. Fork lifts are on site and can be operated by the Seller at the direction of the Buyer.
  11. A 50% downpayment is required before equipment can be disconnected and prepared for shipment.
  12. Final payment must be made prior to loading on truck.
  13. All payments must be made by either a wire transfer or cashiers check.
