| 1. Minimum order - $25.00 Total

| 2. All shipments are FOB our
factory. Deliveries by our own trucks are at no additional
charge if made on our regular delivery schedule. |

| 3. Carton quantities will be
shipped unless order specifically states " ship exact quantities
as ordered". |
|
| 4. For Material Handling Racks
left at the customers site, there will be a deposit of $125.00
accessed to the invoice. The deposit will credited when the rack is
returned. |
|
| 5. Factory written
authorization must be obtained before return material will be accepted.
Handling, inspection and recartoning will be charged. For returns of
items normally stocked by American Air Duct
and in good condition and within 30
days of the original order, the restocking charge will be waived. |
|
| 6. Return on products, which
are purchased, non-stock products of AAD, Inc. (ie. Hart
& Cooley, Metalbestos), will be charged a minimum 15% restocking
charge plus any restocking charge
incurred by American Air Duct, Inc. returning the product
to the Manufacturer. |
|
| 7. Special fabrication orders
will require a deposit or prepayment. A mistake will not
be accepted by us unless you have our signed shop drawing showing different
than that fabricated. |
|
| 8. Prices and specifications
are subject to change without notice. Prices at the time of
order will be charged. Typing and printing errors are subject to
corrections without notice. |
|
- 9. Your signature on a delivery copy is acceptance for the order in
full and in good
condition. Claims
will be investigated and our full cooperation is assured.
